Syarat & Ketentuan

• THIS PACKAGE NOT VALID FOR PERIODS 20 DEC 2019 – 10 JAN 2020 (CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR) & 25 – 30 JAN 2020 (CHINESE NEW YEAR)
• Tour services will be handled base on PRIVATE TOUR basis
• Tour will be conducted in INDONESIAN speaking guide basis
• Adult who occupies one Extra Bed will be charged same as Twin Sharing rate
• SINGLE SUPPLEMENT will be charged for any Single Room occupancy
• NO REFUND and NO REDUCTION can be made to your clients who does not partake in any meals, sightseeing tour, hotel room or transfer service for any confirmed arrangement
• All rates are subject to any high and peak season surcharge when required by hotel
• All rates are subject to additional Gala Dinner when required by hotel
• Child policy:
• Child who occupies one Sharing Twin Bed will be charged same as Adult rate
• Child Rate will be applied on Child who is equal to or below 12 years old only
• Infant equal to or under 2 years old will not be charged and no any serviced to be provided
• Group rate for any One Party of 12 paxs & up will be quoted on request
• Reservation:
• Reservation should be made at least 14 days prior to arrival
• Any adjustment should be advised to us at least 7 days before arrivals
• To ensure efficient handing of all reservations, maximum details are required on Dates/Flights of Arrival/Departure, Number and Names of Passangers.
• Any reservation of hotel will be subject to the room availability at each hotel
• Cancellation Policy apply
• Hotel rooms:
• Unless specific category of hotel room is requested with specific rate quoted
• All hotel room are provided basing on standard category
• Air-conditioned with hot and cool water private bath attached
• Triple room will be one double or one twin room plus one foldaway extra bed
• Should the confirmed hotel is fully occupied on check-in day, hotel of similar standard will be substituted with/without prior noted
• In case of hotel requiring any peak season surcharge and or Gala Dinner, we will advise you when booking is made
• Booking can be confirmed only when all these hotel requirements have been accepted by your clients, No Show of any confirmed booking will be charged at the rate equivalent to One Night of hotel room rate
• Transfer service and sightseeing tour are conducted on air-conditioned or other locally available land vehicle and admission fee are included
• Except American breakfast at hotel, all meals are provided basing on standard table at each restaurant, only chiness/thail food will be served, other food can be arranged and subject to additional cost
• Compulsory Gala is obligatory, if the guest stay during the period or on the dated mention in the above. The hotel room are be confirmed subject to your acceptance of their addition charges, However, compulsory gala dinner may be changeable, any time without prior notification by the hotel
• We reserve the right to change the itinerary and or restaurant and or hotel at similar standard due to any unforeseen circumstances and or unavailability of seats and or places of visits being closed. No Refund or No Reduction can be made for such rearrangement
• Liability:
• We reserve the right to change the itinerary due to any unexpected operational reason or any unexpected circumstances such as natural disaster, landslides, flood, riots traffic holdup or lace of visits being closed
• We are not liable for any loss, injury or damage during the course of service and clients are taking their own risks
• Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, political action or unrest must be borne by clients themselves
